Step into a night of elegance and celebration at the FF LA Reunion Gala, hosted at the iconic Biltmore Los Angeles. Since its grand opening in 1923, the Biltmore has been a beacon of luxury and history in downtown Los Angeles . Its opulent interiors, adorned with hand-painted frescoes by Italian artist John B. Smeraldi, and its rich legacy of hosting events like the early Academy Awards, make it a venue like no other

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we bring the FF LA Reunion to a close in true style. Enjoy a night of gourmet dining with a curated menu of exquisite dishes, a special live performance by rising music star Ylona Garcia, and a singing competition where you can showcase your talent or cheer on your fellow brothers. It will be a night of celebration, laughter, and connection. A time to toast to the memories made and the friendships forged throughout the reunion.

Dinner Menu. Prepare your palate for a feast. You’ll choose one of the following main courses, each crafted to elevate your dining experience:

Braised Short Rib
Succulent beef short ribs, slow-cooked until fork-tender and bathed in a deep, rich reduction. The savory aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture make this dish a timeless classic.

Chicken Madeira
Juicy chicken breast sautéed and finished in a velvety Madeira wine sauce with earthy mushrooms. It’s comforting, elegant, and bursting with layered flavor.

Parsnip and Porcini Wellington
A refined vegetarian masterpiece wrapped in golden puff pastry, this dish features a savory medley of roasted parsnips and earthy porcini mushrooms, complemented by chestnuts, sage, butter beans, pine nuts, and seasonal vegetables. Finished with an olive tomato jus, it’s rich, aromatic, and unexpectedly indulgent.

Get ready for an evening that blends tradition, elegance, and pure joy.

✈️ International Guests - Read before entering the U.S

LA LODGE WELCOMES YOU TO THE FF LA 2025 REUNION
To our international brothers and their families: please review the information below to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival in the U.S.

1. ENTERING THE U.S. –YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO BE FLAGGED

Don’t be alarmed by the headlines. The facts:

  • Fewer than 2% of total travelers are stopped at the airport.

  • If you have no criminal, fraud, or pro-Palestinian activism history, you’re unlikely to be flagged.

2. BRING PRINTED DOCUMENTATION TO REDUCE ANY RISK

Each person in your party should carry:

  • Round-trip flight confirmation

  • Hotel reservation(s)

  • FF LA Reunion event ticket(s)

  • Clear daily itinerary of your trip

  • Proof of financial means (bank statements; do not carry over $9,000 in cash)

  • Proof of ties to your home country:

    • Employment letter, business registration, property deed, or tax returns

  • Proof of family relationships:

    • Birth certificates for children

    • Marriage certificates for spouses
(Important if one person is let in and another is stopped)

3. EMERGENCY IMMIGRATION SUPPORT
Jane Oak – FF’s On-Call Immigration Attorney

In the very unlikely case you are stopped, LA Lodge is paying a retainer for immigration attorney Jane Oak to be available on call in case any international brothers and families run into immigration issues as they fly into LAX to attend the Reunion.

4. IN THE UNLIKELY CASE YOU ARE PULLED ASIDE: ASK FOR DEFERRED INSPECTION

If you are pulled aside by Customs Border Patrol (CBP):

  • Politely ask for “deferred inspection.”

  • This means CBP will parole you into the U.S. temporarily, and schedule a follow-up appointment at a local CBP office.

  • This allows you to leave the airport, gather documentation if needed, and receive legal help from Jane Oak.

  • CBP will take your passport and give you a notice of when and where to appear.

  • Asking for deferred inspection shows cooperation and usually reduces suspicion.

  • Once out of the airport, call Julian Chan at 310-995-9006. Julian will help you contact Jane.

Important Notes:

  • You cannot make phone calls while in Customs Border Patrol (CPB) custody

  • Lawyers cannot intervene or enter CBP areas

  • You are allowed to leave the country at any time. However, if you leave before completing the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) process, your visa may be canceled without prejudice, and future visa applications may become more difficult.

We look forward to welcoming you. Please travel safe and reach out to the LA Lodge Reunion Team if you have any concerns.

The hotel offers on-site parking. We've negotiated group parking rates to $38/night from the standard $52.

Event venues will either offer parking or be accessible via Reunion buses or rideshare.

🏨 Hotel & Lodging

IMPORTANT: Although the hotel may state you can cancel up to 1–2 days before check-in, our Reunion contract is different.

Cancellations after August 1, 2025 will result in charges to the Reunion for vacated rooms. If you cancel after that date, you may be held responsible for those charges on a prorated basis.

Reunion hotel contracts require us to commit to a specific number of rooms. Late cancellations hurt the group financially — past events have seen $10K–$15K in penalties. To avoid that, we’ve negotiated a cutoff date with the hotel. After that date, we cannot reduce our room block.

Please finalize your plans before our cutoff date. Changes after that may incur charges, even if the hotel doesn’t bill you directly.

🎟 Tickets & Refunds

You may cancel your Reunion ticket for a full refund up until August 1, 2025.

If you have any questions about your order: what tickets you bought, cancellations, etc. You can email Mike King at mking@pkhc.com.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Brother. You can email Mike King at mking@pkhc.com.
